以現代的消費者角度，市場行銷角度與排名來看，我不否認，梅花是處於入門級的品牌。但是在眾多入門級品牌中絕對不是低檔的。。。
如果你還能估狗到於1960年代尾至到70年代初的一份手錶品牌防水測試報告，你可見到當時梅花錶的建議零售價格距離勞力士不如現在那麼遠。

一代河東，一代河西嘛。。。梅花還是繼續以往的造錶傳統。勞力士就在近三十年里投下大量資金推銷品牌，將自己推高到高級境界。梅花咧。。。就盡量保持低調，減少推銷花費，降低零售價，極力打造親民形象。。。因此梅花在大陸市場，被定為親民品牌。

You are quite right to point out. I also did a double check and they are so ever slightly different if you look very closely hahaha.

Most obvious difference is the font below seiko. Think they just want to make the word presage more prominent. The curve in the dial might be different too?
