Got it in Korea. Sgd680
Owner doesn't want to ship overseas due to warranty issues. Said tourbillon may be affected during shipping. So I asked him to ship to my hotel.

In fact..He doesn't want to sell until I said I don't need his warranty. Lol.

一代河東，一代河西嘛。。。梅花還是繼續以往的造錶傳統。勞力士就在近三十年里投下大量資金推銷品牌，將自己推高到高級境界。梅花咧。。。就盡量保持低調，減少推銷花費，降低零售價，極力打造親民形象。。。因此梅花在大陸市場，被定為親民品牌。

titoni was popular in the 60s & 70s when rolex wasn't the huge luxury icon it is today.

while titoni may lack the market and brand power of rolex, what's amazing is that it's still a family owned business into the 3rd generation, while other family run luxury brands have been sold to business conglomerates like LVMH, swatch group, richemont...

AND it survived the dark & bitter days of the quartz crisis when many swiss and american brands went under.

those who remembered the days gone by decades ago know that eastern watch was one of the bigger, more established watch shop that had chain stores iirc, rivaling cortina and hour glass. it even had TV ads during peak programming periods.

now, it's a pale shadow and hollow shell of its former glory.

recently visited its only store in 313 somerset.

rather old school. and the service? what service?

as a clue to how they're stuck with old inventory, there's even a quartz omega seamaster electric blue on display! a watch that's oop for 10 years!

so what happened? anyone knows?
