bro Henabi, renting out also not easy. ex-landlords can share dozens of problems with problem tenants smoking lah, messing up the place lah, bring in undesirable guests lah, etc. loss of privacy also another issue.

to add, both the speedy moonwatch and the el-primero are both NON-hacking movements. for chronos that are supposed to track elapsed time to the second or even 1/10 of a second, i find that incredulous. back-hacking to set time on a luxury watch when a humble 4r36 can do that? like wtf, man?!

also, seems to me speedys are easier to flip than zeniths. more brand recognition among the masses mah!

I understand what you mean. The main purchase point I look at is aesthetics, build quality, and how if feels and looks like on my wrist. Resale is secondary to me. Of course, movement comes before resale value.
