I was in same situation, nearly chiong down to meet the IWC seller the next day

Lucky friends scolded me jialat jialat to the point I fly the seller aeroplane. Very sorry to him

But the movement, the high beat, the inhouse potentially first chrono namesake is worth it

Go for zenith bro, the basic 7750 movement I think not worth as other brands can get it at cheaper prices.

Thanks for this link! I also feel that ghe 42mm is more balanced.

Anyway, been decided between this and IWC Pilot Chrono. Tough to choose between ghe 2

Bro Gx84, what's a good price for an MM1000? Just arrived at Gotemba Premium Outlets... 😅

Very last minute...

Also saw a GS for 337,000 yen, apparently 25% off retail.

Thats exactly whats going thru my head! Paying abt 8k for 7750 movement! But i do like the dial of IWC Pilot Chrono. Looking for alternatives with 7750 movement with the same type of dial. Alpiner looks the most similar but i think uses Selita SW500, a 7750 clone.

Another thing is i prefer to wear bracelet due to singapore's humidity. Zenith looks better with leather.

First World Problem!!

Please consider that tax free form is a 15,5% refund on the net price."

Thinking of buying my first watch, as my new job requires meeting a lot of people.

What are the things that I should look out for?

I personally like submariner but still looking around
