U measuring at the same power reserve level ? Sometime the amount of power remaining in spring can yield diff measurement . Full vs near deplete

i measure using hairspring app
https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/hairspring/id973901042?mt=8
should be quite accurate since it use sound frequency, tested 3 days consecutively had been in the 2 sec range

it happened after i put my watch in my sling bag on my right side when i was wearing a milanese loop with magnetic attachment for my fitbit charge 2 on my right hand :s22::s22:

ps: could be power reserve too, watch stopped after 1day + of no wear, i shake it abit to start it and start measuring

If drop on floor the small small pets will cui anot?
means it's time you do some search and reading.

PP is the pinnacle of watch making for the masses that can afford them
(not considering independent makers, those are a whole new level).

materials, innovation, craftsmanship, branding, servicing.

one more, they believe a mechanical watch should last forever. what more do you need to justify the pricing? lol
pass to your son, grandson, greatgrandson, but they have to tank the maintenance.

if my dad is gonna pass me a patek, i will gladly tank the maintenance. anytime man

give u some video, mai gong bo help, wo ga li kong

Sorry I'm abit of watch noob on PP, but does anyone knows why it is so special to justify such a high pricing. Is it the materials and movement used? Thank you!

Tbh I've not seen someone wearing a PP in real life. Seen an AP in real life and I find it doesn't suit me. I remembered it being too sporty for my liking as it has carbon fiber and steel nuts all over the places.

the thing about wearing PPs are not to show it to the world. Wearing an AP is a statement, it is not subtle at all. Patek is not meant to be ostentatious

Patek is a brand that values tradition and history. (whether one thinks that is a marketing gimmick)

chances are you've seen a few Pateks, but did not realise it. From a distance, my previous Calatrava could have been mistaken for a DW (i can feel TeenTitan strangling my neck now :D)

Is it normal for white lume to turn yellow?

It may be my imagination, but one of my watches with BGW9 - one part of the lume has started to look slightly yellow under artificial lighting. Looks ok in daylight though. So odd, I thought this only happens to tritium.

This pretty much sums up between AP and PP.
I still love my lange one. Even thought I don't wear a suit.
