The SA was extremely helpful and we got a crash course on Peter Speake Marin and his brand. Of course, we tried two watches too.

This is the 42mm Titanium New Blue Sea. One of the Seafires from the Spirit Collection. Reference Number 20003-56. RRP $13.5k. Can get around 15% discount.

I am reading all I can online about Peter Speake Marin and his watches. While I research more, can anyone here share any thoughts they have about this independent watch maker and his watches, especially the two I have shared here?

I saw the Titanium Velsheda and was fasinated by it, but couldn't figure out how it tells the time :s13:

Since I got the Speedy Mitsukoshi liao, I've forgotten about the Zenith already. Speedy LE and GS are still in the ballpark! Who knows I may get both provided I save enough. If i wanna get a GS I should get it soon though, since GS with the Seiko logo on the top will be switched to just the GS logo. I want one that says Seiko at the top. I have a trip planned to Tokyo in June. May hoot it there!

It's more artistic than anything I guess.

Every marking is 5 minutes. The numbers are the hours. Tell the time like measuring length with a ruler :s13:

Thanks, GX. the fellow former who bought it liked it very much. His daughter was also impressed that a second hand OP still look so good although she found Rolex watches like the LDJ not to her liking ;)
