Guys... I considering a nautilus 5711. One thing I want ask abt the price difference.

Let's say local AD discounted price is 100%, how many percents are:
1) grey price
2) typical EU AD price after vat refund (I understand it fluctuates with EUR/SGD)
3) 2 yrs old preowned with reasonable wear

??

I am not familiar with PP pricings, and would like to have some feel to decide on the source....

Anything else to look out for? If price difference between the three aren't big, I'm quite keen on getting from local AD.

Thanks guys!

If i m not wrong. The problem is not price, its availability. If you go AD you will be on a long waiting list. Dun expect any discount.

Yeah that's my consideration also. Will be difficult to net one on an EU trip due to availability. My last VAT refund at Heathrow is also quite problematic, so that is a push factor for me to join the local AD waiting list.

Attending a wedding dinner tonight.

Is that a suit? Would be good if more post photos not just of the wrist but of what one is wearing for top and bottom. I'd like to learn more about how to match my watches with what I wear....

Navy blue suit but brown shoes and belt.

Doesn't "match" the blue strap on the ck2998... 😂

Just wondering are Seiko or Orient much cheaper in Japan? Will be heading there in a few month's time.

You can try to ask around. Might need AD connection. It's just too popular. Waiting list can be crazy. For example
fp journe chronometre bleu got 3 year waiting list

That really looks pretty good. I think nicer than the sapphire bezel.

Ya. Hahaha love the dual crown super compressor styled case.
Sapphire bezel only got one issue, prone to cracking.
But it looks more bling.
This one more "tool"

There is no way u can get one just by walking to the store. Over the last few months - I went to multiple ad around Europe and Canada. None of them have it. Same reply 3 years waiting list. Even hong kong and kl ad told me the same thing. Making a trip to the US soon.. Let me see if it's available in the store. Highly unlikely though

How much is this, $40k+? Since you can fork out this amount of cash, why don't you go with some complications and pay a bit more, like the 5712 that Yatto has. Patek for me just needs to have some complications. Of course servicing will cost more, but what the heck its peanuts compared to the capital outlay for these buggers.

Hi Guys, for pre-owned rolex. If it comes with paper/card but no boxes. What is the difference you can expect for a similar watch with full set? Z series 16600.

Thanks
