Don't need MRI machine, iPad will magnetise ur mechanical watch liao

just curious ah, I've read about watches being magnetised and all here and wondering how common is it to get magnetised?
I can't think of how strong/powerful the magnetic field is going to have to be (maybe like near an NMR or MRI machine) but normal 'magnetic' things like smartdevices cover etc?

I think those diver watch less prone.

My speedy pro, was magnetized thought my usage pattern of watches pretty much similar.

So I think those magnet clasp of bags, speakers etc all can magnetized watches who are not design to resist...

Eg open back casing dress watches

I came across this Calibre H-10 movement Hamilton Field Khaki automatic watch selling in Carousell. She is a real beauty and comes in 38mm case diameter, and 80 hours power reserve!

I liked Field Military watch dials. Just like my Hanowa Swiss Military 5584 white dial. I was going to give this black dial a second chance in my collection. Unfortunately, Hamilton Field Khaki is no ETA2824-2 movement today. This was the dealbreaker for me.

Thoughts on this watch?

Unique yet nice looking, masculine. Affordable even if its GO! Full in-house movement, flyback chrono with 70hr power reserve indicator. See-through case back with gold adorned rotor.. Sounds perfect to me!

That's more than SGD15k right? I think at that price point many good options

What I meant to say was the Calibre H-10 movement was the dealbreaker for me. The 80 hours power reserve seemed attractive, I may try to overlook the slower sweeping movement, but the new Hamilton Field Khaki Automatic would be costly to repair beyond its warranty because it uses modified movement.
