What I love about the 3594.50: the vintage applied Omega logo, vintage font, broad arrow hands and the steel base 1000 bezel. It also has no faux patina. Best thing is, I got it for $3.3k with full box, papers and original bracelet.

Yup. But I don't think I lowballed him. I got it at $3.3k.

Did not buy any 2.9k piece haha. Went to check out a Sinn and was quoted 2.9k. So I thought might as well get a Speedy instead.

Finally went to K2 today.
Super happy with how it all turned out.

My SNZH is now a beautiful FFF, and I bought a 22mm Paros Water-Resistant Leather for $20 and an awesome 20mm red NATO for $8.

The cost of modding the SNZH was $30 and I think Uncle Goh serviced and regulated for me as well - the rotor charging is now a lot smoother and FAR quieter (7S36s are already quiet in the first place) and I did see him fiddling with the regulator on the balance wheel, even though I may have missed him putting it on a timegrapher or what.

So yes, all in all very happy.

Bezel's a bit off-center but no choice, it was the best he could do without wasting much time trying to make a shim to align it, and the bezel insert was already half a millimeter narrower than the stock one in the first place. Unnoticeable unless you stare at it for extended periods of time.
