When they sell u without cert, they tell u small issue and discount u $50

When u sell them without cert, they cry mother cry father and ask u discount them $500 or more haha

Strongly agree!!!

re-affirms TT01's approach to only buy full sets. yes, they cost a slight premium when you buy in, but it squares away in the end if you resell. :D

Hi all.. my watch has a speck of dust/flake that is visible when looked upclose at around 30cm in distance. Not that it's very visible, but it's an eyesore knowing it's there.
Watch is still under the warranty but I'm wondering if the warranty covers this?

Should I just leave it as it is or get it fixed?? The eyesore is really killing me!

Please see the picture to get an idea of it..

I remember being in a similar position in December, was looking for either a 14060 or 114060, then end up, no 114060 stocks at many ADs/boutiques.

One popped up on Carousell at quite a great deal (mint condition, with warranty and full box and papers), and GX had bought it and offered it to me (since I PMed him earlier for advice on deals for Subs). With full disclosure, he told me that it was the same one from Carousell, and the price that was offered to me was seriously 'coffee' money (like if you drive car go collect and drive back, the cost of petrol).

Unfortunately, I was expecting my last paycheck and had to wait for a week, and I had an itch to buy one brand new intending to keep as a 'heirloom'. Due to the combination of both factors, I turned down his offer and he was extremely cordial; even offered to help me ask around on when stocks might arrive at ADs/boutiques.

Couldn't agree more! :s12:

lol i don't even remember this. too many ppl come to me already. haha

Bring it to rolex and they'll sort it out for you. Shouldn't take longer than a day I reckon.

Yatto korkor form lai liao, must be feeling frisky!

the process of looking for the right one, the anticipation when the day is here, you know it's gonna happen, you can't wait....take off everything.....and then everything is a blur.....after that you gently caress and handle her, and keep staring at her, looking forward to the next round. so shiok isn't it.

I also mean modding watch. ;)

somehow got in there during manufacturing..
it happens

my GS also has 2 specks of dirt, but after hearing horror stories, I reckon its not worth the risk to send back to Japan via TS just to remove two specks of dirt, plus its a numbered piece.

But RSC is in SG, much lesser risk
