This is a pretty good choice to start with the Seiko Diver is a evergreen

i think its a good place to start for a beginner.. a few months back i was looking at seiko with automatic movements.

Magrette's pretty good, I love some of their designs. Used to have one long ago before I sold it. Hehe Their designs are looking better!

I don't know if they are authentic or not. But when I was lookng for mine and compared their prices, they are (in a bad way).

Don't think diver watches come with the leather straps. But you can easily get them outside. Range can range from ~$20 to ~$200 (or more). Really depends on the quality of the leather and workmanship.

But the watch does really look good with the leather strap.

plan to go to k2 to get the watch strap changed, but wondering if he stocks this seiko model as well ?

More towards dress and preferably with a chrono feature.. 600 range so far only shortlisted tissot prc200, Hamilton, and Christopher Ward.. Any comments on them?
