Only can think of Seiko Spring Drive.
That Switzerland railroad watch brand Mondian comes quite close but sweeping not that smooth.

Yup only know of bulova and spring drive which strictly speaking isn't a quartz? Plus the price of entry for spring drive is at least 5k and up.

Two very different looking watch and two quite different price range? Both look good but if your wrist is small tag is better choice.
