Yet u willing to splurge for your father. Well done pal :)

that 25hours automatic watch wasnt cheap when I bought it.... original price about $600+ iirc

took me 3months to save + trade in a watch for $100 off n 15% discount with NTUC plus card. end price still higher end of $450+.

wanna buy a watch for my dad cuz he's 60th bday then he been using a casio analog watch for nearly 20yrs liao... wanna buy a nice n durable watch but within my savings.
initially. I was considering Citizen entry level eco drive series or seiko entry level automatic series with date... until I came across Orient Star... did some reading up on reviews and ask for comments here as well...

hi all...

I am considering this Orient Star EL05003B as a gift for my dad. Any feedback about Orient's watches?

Thanks. What about local AD or anywhere where I can physically feel and try the watch? Thanks.

Cortina ...... I know the manager so if you need a contact just PM me bah :)

ya feeling and trying the watch is of utmost importance. may look good in pics or display but when you wear it, how it looks overall is very tricky. I have had my share of hits and misses so watches is die die must try one :)

600m retails at 8100 like 2 months back, not sure if changed. Before discounts of course

got the invite but most probably not going....... throwing a party for ang-mo counterparts from overseas branch.

you going?

I went for an omega event for olympics or something some years ago, also at paragon - and saw Lin Xiang Ping the mediacorp actress.... she looks really gorgeous in person.
