My first mechanical watch and probably the last, love at first sight. First know about this brand few months back, look around for watch to buy and couldn't get pass this. 38.5mm might be small for some but for my rather small wrist, I find it perfect.

Clients don't give a damm what people wear la, especially corp clients. As long as look presentable and professional can liao. Important is what comes out of my mouth and whether I can provide a win win solution..

Dunno leh, I got no car, don't intend to buy one ever...got no kids, don't think I will ever have any...but also cannot talk myself into spending 5 digits on a watch. In my youth perhaps but as I grow older I truly don't feel the urge anymore.

I have the exact same watch, with the black strap and clasp.

Metal bracelet from Sinn via THG is gonna cost u 400+ I think for normal stainless steel version. I calculated even when order online from overseas will cost 300++ including shipping.

Initially my thinking is like yours. But when i look back over the $ I spent (entertainment or bikes) or invested which lose $ I tell myself wow that $ can buy some gd watches which I can still c it physically on my wrist rather than disappear to dunno whose pocket.

True, fortunately I don't have any other $$ spending hobbies or habits... Having more cash or liquid assets as I grow older is more important to me. Indulging in decent watches and keeping my number of watches to a certain number is my compromise
