Stowa only do online sales. No physical shops anywhere. Their watches are good. Value for money. So in demand until must wait a few months for their in stock.

How come need to wait so long?
Do they make good everyday watch like for work or something? I have no qualms wearing a vintage rolex or bb for weekends just that it might not be too appropriate for work? That why I considered the 2 watches option in my earlier posts.
Anyone here owns a Stowa? In the event of servicing- how? I'm looking at their flieger series..I thought if I were to get anything from them it's the only series that I should look at because of their history etc.
Stowa uses eta moment.
meaning I can get it done at any watch shop that does servicing??
Which PAM model is the classic that may be regarded as the "equivalent" as the submariner is to the Rolex sports series?
Directed to Paladium and azrielsc, PAM owners/enthusiasts
The pam 372.

The big daddy that shares the closest DNA to the 6152. So, from what I understand: 6152 > 127 > 372.Im looking for a brown strap for my pam 104. where is a place to hoot. i kinda detest the normal pam buckle... its very troublesome to wear. a simpler one as close to the original would be awesome! tia!![]()
Hi people, I have bought an Orient Esteem FDB08002B on skywatches.com.sg 's store. I have read in this forum that that website is pretty good, so I decided to go to their store in Chinatown.
It was stated in their website that it "Comes with international guarantee card". When I got home, I opened the box and there was not any documents, no international guarantee card.
Does anyone have the same problem as I do? Can anyone please advise. Thank you
the original contract manufacturer for the b-uhr fleiger observations watches were stowa, laco, wempe, iwc & als (surprise! surprise) according to strict german war contract designs.
wempe is since defunct, als no longer do fleigers and iwc has strayed so far from the original designs & overcharging for eta movements to be irrelevant. heck even archimede and other micro brands like azimuth produce a closer facsimile than iwc.
that leaves stowa & laco who still produces their fleigers close to the original design.
the proper size of the b-uhr fleiger is a dinner plate sized 55mm, with a dull grey painted look case and straight lugs, NO display caseback (solid caseback only), with caseback & side of case etched with characteristic markings.
for these reasons, i feel laco > stowa as they still preserve these elements (except for the 55mm size) better than stowa.
Pam 372 and pam 210 (discontinued) as they are modern versions of the original pams.
For modern classics, it's usually the base models like 000, 112. Simplicity is Panerai's DNA, so the simpler the more classic.
I'm not including the pre-V classics as those are not easily available or accessible price wise.

From now on anything I see that I get poisoned at all by, I will post to try and poison other people too..

I own a stowa. Just see one of the pics that I posted awhile back.
They got some very dressy watches. Like the antea series. If you want that kind of design and can't wait then probably can consider nomos? Similar design, but much more ex
