get one solid good evergreen proven design. will last you ages. and really...... Rolex design uncle but Rolex always impresses, esp for ppl of your age. Laugh at you for buying an uncle watch but deep down they know it's a freaking crown of achievement.

One more to add.... ALS perpetual, all individual adjustments to date, day, leap year, month.. First perpetual to do this with in house auto movement.

Zero reset function, also showing moon face accurate by 122 years, as well as twenty four hour indication.... With all these and the ALS brand, what is there to think, wu hua GAO GAO

THAT you don't have to worry. if they ask, ask them how they can tell it's fake? cos you'd need to sue THG/Cortina/Dickson/etc for selling you a fake piece.

at first i was like wtf. rolex milgauss got pvd.. was expecting from rolex themselves. end up is custom. the only way you can rock a pvd rolex is if you are david beckham/daniel craig or equivalent. on commoner like us, onlookers will think its a fake.

as u meet more people outside and they know more about watches, the brands etc.... you'd wish you had bought something more serious. I did.

your budget is very comfortable for a good one. but my recommendation is still a Rolex.

i think everybody is guilty of that. just how fast you get out of that phrase and move on to real men watch. for me, im lucky that i got out of it before i can plow down money on watches.
