guys help me choose a watch...IWC spitfire or SO Steelfish?

Definitely the IWC Spitfire.... that spells timeless class vs the Breitling's Steelfish more sporty look. But that's me....

I just bought this over the weekend....

any recommendation for below 1k dress watch? jap and swiss made.

you mean movement or brand?
anyway below SGD1k you have a lot of choice.
better to narrow down the following as a start:
- automatic, self winding, quartz
- chrono (stopwatch), day, date, moonphase or other features
- dial colour
- markings -arabic (numerals) ?
- style - plain? classic/modern? dress divers?

NEL track fault.
The system has to fail on the day I am carrying two big boxes of preowned shoes for charity.

Just spotted a white dial Tag Heuer Carerra (looks like 1887) on brown alligator, on a looks like 30s dude on East West Line (around 9am) wearing white shirt (bathing ape words on collar), jeans and brown shoes carrying Timberland sling bag. Any one of you bros? :)

Hi morning all! hope all had a wonderful long weekend. Rainy morning..hope you guys reached office safely without being drenched. MIA for a few days cos pretty occupied few days.Even went JB to utilitise my long weekends. Here's some pics with my stowa over the holidays:

Stowa with denim ;)

Charming blue hands

It's a great watch, clean and unpretentious. Goes very well with denim and just right for small wrist folks who wants a military watch minus the bulk and size. Wearing my bambino today after showing too much love for the flieger over the weekends haha.

Very nice flieger there VW, are u on the hunt for a brown strap to go with it too?

Thank you =:p Haha I ordered one brown strap together with the watch too from stowa.

Managed to get extra holes punched for both straps over the weekend, after realising my wrist fail to fit the S size straps miserably. The watch now fits my wrist nicely..hate wearing overly loose watches. :s13::s13:

Oh and I must comment red army watches punched the holes perfectly. Do ask them for assistance if you need this sort of extra service if you don't happen to get yr watch locally- no charge.

Interesting Stowa. Unique looking, closest to a Pilot watch look in my eyes. The look plus the strap looks hip and trendy. Looks like a 45mm or larger?

It's only 40mm. Haha so far have yet dare to test my wrist with a purchase over 40mm. :s13:
