I will have started earlier if only there were neighbourhood clubfitt back then.
Haven't measured my bodyfat in awhile. But yeah I am ripped.

I have small bones. So the wrist is perpetually small. I must be at least 10 kg heavier in 1st pic. Chinups is very much the sample exercise even before I started lifting. So the bodyfat really matters a lot on how you appear physically.

So many bambino owners. How about tissot visodate owners? Got mine after someone shared it here few years back? Haha.

Btw any tips on what are the do or do not when setting my time on a manual winding watch?

Btw, any place to recommend to send my tag with eta movement for servicing? Had it for 5 years and only sent in for servicing once. Shld I send in for servicing? Or only when there's an issue?

Is Visodate running on ETA? I know of many bros who advice me not to set the date/day between 9 and 3.

So I will always tune the time to ard 6:30 and set the day/date to 1 day before, then I start to set the time.

Any bros can advice further on more best practices?

Handled both the old and new bambino just now. It seems the finishing on the new Bambi is nicer than on the old's.

Yeah u r! No longer have the discipline to train, not that i was ever near to being as ripped as u. But quite inspired to at least tone back up n cut on bodyfat. Any quick tips short of certain supplements?

It has become my practice for setting an automatic watch b4 I wear. I do not have a winder so it has become a habit when I change watches frequent. haha.

When I purchase my Ball Ohio, there is a card that states not to set the day/date between 9 to 3. So I try not to... to avoid complications. :s13:

Dear all, I wore my Tissot Visodate out only for the fourth time today (bought in february) and i found a hairline scratch which is quite hard to spot on the sapphire crystal. I don't remember hitting it against anything and I have always taken good care of it. Just wanna ask if it's covered under warranty? Cos from my understanding, sapphire crystal extremely is scratch resistant. Quite disappointed to see the scratch since it is a new watch which I have gotten myself as a birthday present.. I need the advice from some watch guru bros out here. Thanks!

Not just ETA, but I believe any movement where the date is linked to the time setting, you shoudl avoid the date changing period which is a few hours before and after midnight.

What I do is just don't set the time around that period. To know where my watch is time-wise, I turn the hour hand past twelve, if the date changes means I am at midnight and if date doesn't change means I am at noon. And just set the time then date accordingly. Straightforward.

Any pics? And what you mean by finishing is nicer?

Sorry no pics, the brushing on the new Bambi looks more fine and the polished areas shine more, ie, the new Bambi looks more expensive, which actually it is lah.. :s13:

If it's the winding you are concerned with it should be fine. Just wind it normally till you feel it can't go any further.
