this is a brilliant video...if buying swiss this is what you want from a watchmaker.

however the "swiss made" label is only for the movement...and watch manufacturers have been less than transparent about the rest of the watch parts. would like to see "declarations" published like Aquadive:

sorry no experience with vostok and no experience. have dived into the subject now and then, and nearly picked up that one posted by vw and others (sturmanskie 3133 aviator) but never made the move.

cheap and cheerful, someone should give it a go and provide a review. meranom is a reputable dealer and sometimes stocks up some collectible limited editions.

I actually did a lot of research before deciding to eat high fat, low carb, moderate protein.

I was doing everything my doc told me to, eat low fat, more whole grains, jog 1/2 hour to 45 mins everyday... But still fat.

I was 120kg when I started. 1 year later, I was 64kg.

Weird thing is, I ate til I was full, never ever felt hungry, never counted counted calories. Did all my blood tests. Told my doc about my high fat diet. He said he didn't want to know, but whatever I was doing, keep doing it, cos he has never seen anyone's blood work improve like mine, even with medication.

Today, I do everything opposite of conventional wisdom: eat one meal a day (cos not hungry the rest of the time), no whole grains, lots of fat (only naturally occurring, saturated, polyunsaturated, monounsaturated, all whack), lift very heavy weights 2-3 times a week for very short duration...

It works for me...

For me. High protein, moderate fat and low carb. Protein eat like free flow. Haha
