then r/s ended after i go BMT. then i train! hoot ah! LOLOL

now ah. i used to be zero fighter, cause right arm factured.
then i train till can do.

now ah, on a good day 15? haha trying to do muscle up.
my tricep abit weak. i consider bui bui still. not ripped

It's really technique most of the time.
You may want to improve on your parallel bar dips?
If you are able to breeze through the pull ups and dips, i really don't see how muscle up will be much of a challenge.

Bro, just 先斩后奏 like me. I'll deal with the fallout from my wife after the watch arrives, I'm just glad it'll be a fallout from a $200 watch not a $2k+ watch. I doubt I'll survive it if my wife expects a new bag like our dai kor's.

haha i wanna improve on my dips. i think its the transition between the movement got problem. haha like i say wrist very weak. haha.
