citizen signature grand! :)

nice, very strong features. its a cushion case - not just Pam... its one of the very early design for sporty strong cases. and the hour markers harken to a time where lume wasn't around and there was a need to reflect maximium light. except that this here is some extreme application.

i like this design, impressed that citizen is taking a step up, looking forward to their next citizen grand signature which i might just buy:

exactly what i mean. i told him to get out of the way of reps here and find somewhere else to share.

Just in-case, frankenwatches isn't a forum that i point him to (i did not list any forums out btw). it's term for people to mod their watches. It has been discussed in WUS forums too.

What The Heck Is A "Franken" Watch?

btw i feel there's nothing wrong to safeguard and protect myself by having the knowledge of reps out there.
I mean sharing the knowledge of replicas can be good to this thread, it's useful information to learn how to differentiate between the real deal and the knock off.
this is a forum to learn and share information, no?

Not that i condone that buying reps is right. but it's his money. who cares. i know i don't lol

lol maybe i should ignore too. talk too much, now i also kena :s8:

just chill out.

why so serious? haha :)

I know what franken watches. Neither do I feel it's wrong to have knowledge of reps to safeguard yourself. In fact I'm in support of this.

And while I agree it is useful information to learn and share how to differentiate between the real deal and a fake, a562140 have said it best below.

As for why so serious, I think I can pretty much ask you the same thing in the hair thread.

i think all of us who've been on watch forums know that once you start discussing replicas there is only one way the thread will go - downhill !

and its easy to get personal and ugly on the internet because you can't judge tone, but also because the issues are complex and layered: intertwining and layering legality, personal values, social norms, philosophical/ethical concerns...impossible to discuss in a forum format, just complicates discussions, eventually perceptions of personal attacks run high.

so what appears to be hardline avoidance of the topic is to prevent all that from happening, and to keep the thread alive!

cos it is a mainstream fashion brand rather than watchmaker mah, so I play cheat by putting it in...
No offence meant...

No worries bro.

Its kinda watch maker, most movements if not all are from seagull.

And its still a watch, hahaha. Im proud of wearing it.

Recently met up fellow bros here, i was wearing my Kenneth cole, then they ask, why never wear your Pam? I told them i switch around and i love my kenneth coles still. :D:D:D

Sometimes its not about the value or make of the watch, its your personal attachment to it.

Because Gc Under FJ Benjamin. hahaha.

I always like to walk around the watch section of tangs or robinsons and look at the fashion watches. Some really do look impressive. And price so tempting somemore. LOL
