Actually, the Linde Werdelin crown is quite small. It's about half the size of a Rolex one.
Maybe you're referring to the crown guard?
It's hard to tell from pictures. The best way is to go and try on the watch. You'll instantly know whether it's feasible or not.
My wrist is around the same size as yours, and I don't find it uncomfortable. When I had PAMs, I also never found them uncomfortable to wear.
Of course, it all has to do with your preference and how your wrist is shaped.
