Interestingly the store, pendulum is owned by sincere... Wonder why they did not bring Nomos to SG?

GS watches also going at 25% off list.
Saw SBGE015 there, very itchy now

this is Pendulum at Chidlom? Sigh my BKK trip is in mid-Jan, I hope they still have 20% discount... :(

I wonder how much wrist time does each watch get. Poor them
I try to rotate them as much as I can but i definitely wind them every few days too. Your box has some allowance left i see... =:p

Jin Swee ah! Tempted by the reverso as well.
...you know you want it...don't leave your Panerai and AP hanging without a new friend. Hope all is well in Europe :)

Bro... finally your collection has a proper Dress Watch: JLC Reverso
Thank you bro...it was this or the Cartier Tank

Yes at chidlom
Didn't check out the one at centralWorld, so I'm not sure if there are any Nomos over there.

Hi guys,

When you guys buy from overseas and the price exceeds $400, do you always get hit with the 7% GST?

Is there a legit way to get avoid paying the 7%?

I don't think there is a "legal" way to evade taxes. I've been on several trips to Europe and every trip I'll purchase 1-2 watches. What I do is to wear the new watch, keep the other in my bag or pocket and pack the boxes in the luggage, so far no issues. Normally customs won't bother unless you're buying a lot.
