Lolx bro... nothing personal there... but just feel that the watches you short listed previously are much better in terms of design.
most of my friends in design or creative field goes for PAM n AP ROC / ROO... the design itself is enough to be a conversation starter
Loving it everyday as my daily beater ^.^

Beater! I don't wear my pam as a beater. But already a lot of scratches. Lol
But I not creative field one lol as much as I want to be.
I is gahment small fry. Haha worse place to wear a nice time piece. Lolol

AP all these is out of reach at the moment. Too Chor.
Want to get but my wallet lol at me.
Even my Pam is basic model.
Slowly play around with different brands lo. Experience the whole ride.

IMHO.. I feel that even with a basic Pam such as a 000 or 005, it's still quite a attraction because of its fully polished surface.

A Grand Seiko should fit in nicely in such a environment.. So that when people/colleagues ask you, "Hey, nice watch! May I know the brand?" you can reply, "Oh.. It's a Seiko". That way, we can not only enjoy the technicality of the Hi-Beat or Spring Drive movement but also remain discreet.

A Grand Seiko should fit in nicely in such a environment.. So that when people/colleagues ask you, "Hey, nice watch! May I know the brand?" you can reply, "Oh.. It's a Seiko". That way, we can not only enjoy the technicality of the Hi-Beat or Spring Drive movement but also remain discreet.

Not many people can get pass the psychological barrier of paying that much or a GS.

I have to agree with you there.

But I have found the Planet Ocean or the Moonwatch to be good discreet watches whenever I go see the boss -my boss even commented - hey, nice classic moonwatch, good for young men starting out like you She just assumes I have just the 2 omegas

Or I'll just go with my orient esteem.

haha i only wear it on fridays.
when wearing casual, the watch can blend into the clothes.
people will think its a huge ass watch that's all with all the funky color straps.
