Based on frequency he hooted his last few he probably spends easily 1/2 mill annually. He is the crème de la crème liao.

ya but that's a few pieces.
he says this game, after those few pieces he hooted, the rest will be mid 6-7 figures. haha

If 1000m is ridiculous depth rating, my Rolex DSSD 116660 is even more ridiculous at 3900m. But I got it just because I love the way it looks. Now it feels heavy on the wrist.

215g for DSSD and about 150g for Pan 305 (with strap).... what I could make out from googling. 40% heavier. 305 already feels heavy..can't imagine the DSSD. Maybe that is why they tapered the bracelet so drastically.

Guess u might have meant 4am this morning? That's real late (or early!?)

haha yes, that was a bad typo.
was posting via my phone.. damn you iphone. LOL
was up revising for exams. so yep.
speedy lume is nearly non existent.
need to charge damn long.

Sunlight > artificial light.
under sunlight 1-2 seconds, the lume will be damn strong.

lol, you looking into japanese watch is quite interesting considering your collection are high end swiss/german. back on the watch, its a worthwhile buy for sure considering its a 50th anni/700 limited edition pieces on top of being a very beautiful piece which for one doesnt depreciate at all if it goes the same way as the old historical release such as sbdx003.

as for the depth rating compared to other brands, this 1000m is done without hev for what its worth.

I wanted a grand seiko, but this could be interesting as I've yet to get a dive watch.

Perhaps to distribute the weight more evenly when worn and reduce fatigue on the link pins. The weight is mainly the bulk of the SS case and 5mm thick sapphire crystal. Though feels heavy on the wrist, but if worn for a substantial amount of time should get used to it.

Collected my two watches from Rolex center today. Return my watches in a leather pouch with 2 years warranty. Very good job done, damage for a general overhaul is about $800, so it works out to be about $1 per day for 2 years, which i thought is worth it, job very well done, very satisfied.

After every overhaul, there will be 2 years warranty? Any idea how much would it cost to overhaul Submariner?
