I was thinking of getting Navy too. But I realized black shell has that rich sheen, which might make the really dark blue dial(aka Midnight blue?) of the SARG015 pop out, rather than trying to match it too 100% haha

Was at Gnomon today and tried on a couple of watches that were similar to watches that I wanted to buy but weren't in stock (whew!)

First up, the Ancon Military, Panerai homage

Looks a little oversized on my wrist but I think I can still pull it off It's a thick hefty watch, the build quality looks decent, but I'm not sure if I'm going to get the Mil006. Might just go with a cheap Getat watch in the end lol

Next, the Steinhart Ocean Vintage Red

Initially wanted to try on the Ocean Vintage Military but I was told that they were OOS just that day; they sold 5 in the morning! First impression are very good, I love that the size is perfect on my wrist. The only thing that bugs me slightly is the grey dial which was a lighter shade than I thought. I would have preferred a darker shade or the previous MKI black dial.

Tried on oris diver sixty five just now at cortina. I was impressed by it. Unfortunately the discount they quoted was shitty, so I walked out empty handed. I might have to hold off the ot 500 should I get the oris haha
