Ehhh no need pull out one leh. Just wind clockwise/anti clockwise without pulling out the crown. Direction is depending on what movement is inside. Got instruction manual to refer to mah?

Only bought the horween straps. Can't comment on the durability as the watches are not getting much wrist time

Nice. Where are these straps from?
Cordovan leather generally last longer. They have a natural shine and do not have much creasing
