Highly doubt so. Avengers and Woverine are owned by different companies.

Fox owns the movie rights to X-Men and Fantastic 4 whereas Sony owns the movie rights to Spider-Man. Unless these movie companies work hard with Marvel to sort out these rights and distribution of profits, these crossovers will only be a fanboy's wet dream. You can read more about this over HERE.

nice read...thanks...

but still AvX is a good story to watch...stan lee and avi arad just make some noise, i believe the studios shouldnt have much say esp where money will come rolling in for them after the proven success for the marvel films so far.

From collider.com:

20th Century Fox has released a new trailer for The Wolverine. This is the footage that was shown a few weeks ago at CinemaCon, a convention for theater owners, and it’s understandably heavy on the action. Whlie the previous trailers have played up director James Mangold’s Western approach to the story, this one is very much focused on staging The Wolverine as a big summer movie with loads of action and a badass turn from Hugh Jackman. There are bits and pieces of new footage folded in, with a brief look at Wolverine fighting Silver Samurai and Svetlana Khodchenkova’s Viper seemingly ripping her face off.

Also check out the new one sheet featuring the villain, Silver Samurai.

From deadline.com:

Here’s the newest trailer for Fox‘s The Wolverine starring Hugh Jackman that will begin showing this weekend in theaters attached to Fast & Furious 6. The James Mangold-directed 3D pic opens wide July 26 and this offers the clearest look yet at the Japan-set plot.

Better

Wolverine's story is more interesting than any other characters combined. All have the similar tragic stories. Wolverine sort of pushes in the background in the story lines when other X-men arrive. Any thing here will be worth watching.
