Here’s the newest trailer for Fox‘s The Wolverine starring Hugh Jackman that will begin showing this weekend in theaters attached to Fast & Furious 6. The James Mangold-directed 3D pic opens wide July 26 and this offers the clearest look yet at the Japan-set plot.

omega red story is not that "famous" as compare to his jap saga.

The current tomatometer is at 65% fresh and I have read some reviewers commenting at the rather anti-climatic showdown between Silver Samurai and Wolverine. Not expecting much but at least it will be better than the first Wolverine solo outing.

the trailer said so, the critics said so...i better believe so...so that i can lower my expectations. and hopefully enjoy the movie.

just caught it... the plot is abit weird... Tao Okamoto is chio, but shes like...not necessary
at all... but without her, the movie will be cut short by 1/2 hr...

I like the fact that all the posters show how those iconic characters look when they are much younger, but for the wolverine, his "younger" persona never change because he ages so slowly...

another big anti-climax is the scene where he faced a few dozens of ninjas when going to the tower. Still so cocky said are those all the men they have, in the end only run away and kenna hunted down by their arrows. Really wasted a potential epic fight scene

i might need to rewatch Xmen 3, and the first solo wolverine movie to refresh my memory.... if got time then watch xmen 1 n 2 as well..

by chronology: First Class, Origins, X-Men trilogy, then Wolverine

but in First Class there is no appearance of Wolverine, so you can skip it if you want

actually I made it a point to watch Origins first before watching The Wolverine, but didn't know the film started off from X3 rather than Origins
