Since your unit is a genuine one. I suggest you reflash your rom to local sg set. Then install miui.

actually dat time i bought a mi3 in sg wanna bring over to china to use but buy liaoz ppl tell me cannot use in china so i sold it, come china and buy a local set here... lol

but am not sure if the wechat on google play is the same with your current one..but at least the wechat should be the 'original' version....from your paste screen..the mi3 you have should be 'ori'...cause the result must be from imei+s/n...unless the seller clone the imei+s/n

Actually can use, depending on the telco you are with. I spend 3 good years there , so I know

China unicorn , I dun think can....China mobile can......or vice versa. Dunno abt china telecom.

yup it was a youtube link. basically the instruction is go to MiMarket and search for "google". then look for "谷歌应用下载器" and install it. install play store or any other google apps within the "谷歌应用下载器" app. you need to allow installation of unknown sources in the settings before using "谷歌应用下载器" .

I've downloaded the Captain America 2 theme from miui forum but get an error when trying to install. Says something like themes from unauthorized source is not allowed.
