So remove the SP that came with the packaging itself that has the volume and power indication printed on it. That thing is not meant to be there, so remove it and your problem may go away because the proximity sensor keeps thinking that something is nearby due to that protector

If problem persist I am considering going to exchange, but idk if they will reject me coz I go install developer rom

Bro is it when typing the keyboard very lag and when you type a lot of the keys never register? I have the same problem sia. On developer rom also

Also on the side note, when "I said why would I want to do that" is referring to putting phone in the freezer, not your tips on peeling away the SP.

Guys the previous firmware mi3 camera picture quality is quite excellent. How's the photo quality for kitkat? Any upgrader still face any problems?

On kitkat since the start they push Kitkat out. So far so good. Camera quality seems like the same? Except focusing slightly better?

Hmm focusing speed is above average, decent but definitely not the fastest.

Just upgraded too. Hopefully, it will resolve some of the UI 'touch' issues that have been mentioned earlier in the thread. Certainly, since KK upgrade, they have become a bit more common and are only resolved by a reboot.

F2.2 is fast... but the term 'fast' is in photography term... it don't mean you can auto focus fast....... blurry photo have many causes... upload some blurry photo that you have, may be we can point out to you the issue

Hi folks.. Got problem with mi3. I am on the newer version 4.4.2 miui ver 22.

One strange problem I have is I always get dropped out of 3G. It will only show g on the screen. All my apps on internet don't work. But maybe there will be a 5 mins window it will work. Now it got worse as in even the fone calls not coming in.

Any idea what can be wrong? I tested the SIM card on my old fone and working fine.
