Why u want to help the troll?the phone does it because during calls, the screen will turn off if proximity sensor detects something nearby.
So remove the SP that came with the packaging itself that has the volume and power indication printed on it. That thing is not meant to be there, so remove it and your problem may go away because the proximity sensor keeps thinking that something is nearby due to that protector![]()
