guys just to check. if there is no one at home, and UPS leave a delivery note. what will be the next thing to do? first time dealing with UPS. and past 2 days there were ppl at home. none tmr. sian and I'm working

There should be a number to call to reschedule the delivery to another day. I think you might be able to have them redirect the delivery to your office or something.

I am pretty sure my Redmi is fake.

1. Very slow. Antutu only 10900. S3 have 15000ish and this supposed to be on par with S3

2. Resolution only 540 x 960 its so obvious this is not 720p! I was suspicious from start.

3. Using MT6572 instead of MT6589. Uses Mali GPU instead of PowerVR

This is fake UNLESS China Redmi/Hongmi comes in this spec as standard? Mine is Qoo10 set

From what you described, it looks like a HTM M1 instead.

Is your volume rocker a single piece or made up of two separate buttons?

My vol rocker is single piece

Oops I am wrong with the volume rocker, both the redmi and htm m1 vol rocker is a single piece. The redmi on/off button is the same side as the vol rocker while the htm m1 has the on/off button in the order side.

Another way of finding out if the phone is a fake or not is to enter the security code, which is located behind the box, in the website.

There is a sticker with a scratch surface. Under it there is a 16 digit code. Enter this code to chaxun.xiaomi.com and it will tell you whether it is original or not.
Normally, the time you do that, the message wich will appear will tell you that the code is used for the first time OR

您所查询的防伪码已被查询过XXXX次 ---> Security code your query has been inquiries over XXXX times

On the site above, there is a field for the 16 digits and then a field where you have to do a math calculation (eg 5-4 and you have to write 1)
