Redmi Note and Mi3 are support 3G, not 4G/LTE.

As at 12:19pm today, it was "At local Fedex facility" but this status hasn't changed since

Anyway, my 2nd unit for my dad, which is via UPS is still practicing Comms Silence: No-sound-no-picture.
