It is now a purely Paypal issue, just log into your Paypal account and raise a dispute, they usually reply within the next few days.

Once you completed the shipping address the next page will be payment once you got this page means your order is only secure for 24 hours within 24 hours you need to make payment or else it will be deleted

As for the payment wise you can use either Paypal, credit or debit card, I would strongly recommend Paypal in case any dispute you can contact Paypal direct or any refund from Xiaomi

My google play app can only download via wifi when the app size is more than 1mb. Any setting I can do to download even without wifi? Thanks!

Open play store.

There is an icon that looks like three horizontal lines on the upper top left corner of the screen.

Click on it.

Click on auto update apps.

Select the option accordingly.

Did your friend put the sim card in the correct slot?

It should be the left sim card slot not the right one.
