I have tried Bee Choo Herbal Hair Treatment once but I do it for covering up my white hair and solely just making my hair healthier and shinier. One of my guy friend has been going Bee Choo for quite a while. I would say comparing Bee Choo to other "Renowned" Hair loss centre. Their price is cheap and they are not the forcey type asking you to sign up courses. Anyway, guys is only $25 per session. Do not expect ultimate hair retreat for the price you are paying but I would say it is definitely worth a try because my friend seems to have fine hair growing. (I think his case is still the beginning stage). Personally, I think paying attention on hair is just like taking care of your face.

With the right shampoo, hair conditioner and tonic.. You still need a hair mask... (for face: Cleanser, toner, moisturiser and occasionally you need a mask to prevent signs of aging etc)

You may like to check out some of the comments I made about them over here

http://weightlossgreentea.blogspot.com/2008/05/bee-choo-herbal-hair-treatment.html

This morning i made my 1st attempt on Bee Choo Hair Treatment. Well I know some ppl here will still feel that it maybe another snake oil scam thingy, but i take into account the low cost ($25 for 1hr treatment) i decided to give a try. Although there is no package or such, i give myself 3-4mth weekly treatment to see if they can help control my oiliness and hair-fall. I have stopped saloon hair wash for years till now that i know my hair is REALLY very weak. Simple massage cause my hair to drop like hell during the treatment. Haiz..

In the meantime, i really have to control my emotional stress(breakup) and late nights (sleep after 12am). Currently I'm 32, hope to keep my top till 40..LoLz

There is an article about a new hairloss product which benefit MPB.
Some kind of herb lotion which have to apply on the thinning or hairloss area & it works.
Must not stop using it or else hairloss will back to normal.
It's kind of like propecia but in lotion form.
And the best part is NO SIDE EFFECT.:s12::s12:
I think the breakthrought is very near.:)

you can mix that stuff with minoxidil and apply together @ night. it come in one small bottle in oil form and you suppose to mix it with minoxidil or some distilled water and alcohol solution rather then using it directly.

revivgen might be helpful. but from most people review, it does very little to nothing. but still, i think it have some pretty good science behind it.

start on propecia again slowly. maybe just every other day and progress slowly until daily. if you can use every other day, it good enough. most people will be able to overcome the side effect overtime.

Hi

Hey guys,

My case is different from most of you here but it is still a very heartbreaking one.

I suffered from Drug-induced hairloss by taking Roaccutane.

I took it for 4 months and begining to noticed hair shedding on month 3.

I am post-accutane for already 3 months but the problems still persist and I shed about 30 hairs per day which is "Not Normal" to me since I hardly even shed before I took that sickening drug.

My hair loss comes together with scalp itchiness and pricking pain which sound like my immune system had been mess up and I may be suffering from Diffuse Alopecia Areata which I hope it was not.

I shed hairs from the eyebrows and sideburn as well.

My family and relatives have no histroy of MPB and nope of them are suffering from hairloss which make it even difficult for me to accept that I am suffering from hair loss just because of Roaccutane.

I agreed that dermatologists in singapore are mostly dumb and they seems to choose the easy way out and prescribe minoxidil and propecia for any kinds of hair loss which I find it totally ridiculous.

I would like to know if anyone here suffer from hair loss due to drugs or Roaccutane?
Everyday had been a nightmare to me since january and for those who were suffering from hair loss, please ask yourself if you used to take Roaccutane. The generic brands that are avaliable in singapore include Oratane and Nimegen. The original brand is Roaccutane (europe) or Accutane (North America) and active ingredient is Isotretinoin.

wait it out and see how it goes. it took me around 5-6 months for the shedding to stop.

the hairloss is diff from mpb. it's TE. telogen effluvium. iso shocks ur system, and it responds by shutting down processes that arent vital, i.e. hair growth. after ur shedding has returned to normal (it might not though...), judge for urself whether things are the same or if they've changed, then act accordingly. dont use minox.

Hi HEHEHE86,

Did you took Roaccutane and suffered from hair loss as well? Could you answer some of my questions?

1. How long have you been taking roaccutane and at what dosage?

2. When did you notice hair loss?

3. How many strands you shed a day?

4. When does it stop shedding and when does regrowth happen?

I sincerely hope that you could help me out base on your experience.

something interesting i found. it seem there is a common anti-fungal cream call Miconazole nitrate which you can find easily @ most pharmacy which many people use it to speed up their hair growth. i not sure does it help for MPB.

as i just started something else, anyone interested in trying it? my guess is it have similar properties as minoxidil. notice miNOxidil? and nitric oxide is also use in Doc Proctor hair growth products. plus anti-fungal properties. maybe who know also anti-androgen like nizoral which is also anti-fungal but i highly doubt so. maybe someone can give us a review after a few months. check the link below.

Isopropyl: Hi Iso. My hairdresser always comments that my scalp is reddish and I myself do sometimes feel the itch. Hence, in your opinion do I need some kind of special shampoo? If so, any suggestion? Thx!

choosing shampoo should be looking at it ingredient. shampoo with PTO should help with inflammation. i suggest bodyshop ginger shampoo which i tried before and it does help to reduce itch.

some oil does help with inflammation. i find that extra virgin olive oil help to stop inflammation pretty well for me.

you might have to experience with ingredient to know what work best for you. give the 2 i mention a try if you want. if it doesn't help, we can explore other way.

Hi Isopropyl

My doctor has just given me propecia. For the past 2 weeks, I have been using some lotion (prescribed by the same doctor) which has the same ingredients as the "zix" formula.

Should I start the propecia or wait until my shedding has reduced? I currently am still shedding from the minoxi 5% which I have since stopped for abt 3 weeks due to irritation.

If I start propecia, do I stop the zix application? My doctor didn't say that I should stop the zix. Afraifd the combination of propecia and zix is too strong.....

I'm also using a PTO shampoo every other day but it's very drying. My hair is not as shiny as it used to be....sigh. Will propecia restore the thickness and quality of hair?

i just took ard 20 mg a day. low dosage, so i thought it wasnt gonna be a problem. i noticed shedding a few weeks in, but i continued with it because my 2nd opinion sucked (u know how some times u're not sure whether u're overreacting to a situation and so u get a second opinion? well, my second opinion sucked, kept reassuring me that my shedding was normal).

how many per day? dude, definitely A LOT. i believe more than 100 strands a day, easily. it was horrible. it was hell. to see all my hair washed away like that. it pained me. and it sheds SUPER EASILY. i could shake my head and hair would fall. i could run my hand thru my hair and hair would fall. it was crazy.

stopped shedding around 5-6 mths after i stopped. regrowth? no fricking idea. i dont think i'm back to where i was before i started and i'm not exactly holding my breath for that to happen...

Hi Isopropyl

Few questions here..i just bought proscar and its tough to divide it into 5 equal parts so i just divide it into 4 and make each parts smaller and the excess powder i thought of mixing it into minoxidil .Is it safe? How much can i mix into the minoxidil or possible to mix with water?I been using minoxidil for a long time ,will i still shed hair when i start taking proscar? Thanks
