hi guys. just to help out the rest who are considering to get on propecia.
I recently got my propecia from Changi Hosptial. they now carry generic propecia, Finas 1 (price $51/30 tabs) compared to previous where they only carry the original propecia, Merck ($90/30 tabs).
im in my 2nd month of propecia. ill be switching to proscar once i see much improvement and stability.
I tried Rene, Phyto and I think Rene is better. Phyto got no effect on me.
Effective as it claims. 2 box of ampules comfirm your hair is jungle. 1 box is 42 so is 1.5 month and can see results liao. Night I use serum and thats about it. I dun take oral pills and I dun use minoxidil as well. Conditioner I use follizin.
Maintanence I use La Bio and the herbal thingy.
Rene? where to get that? shampoo or serum?
spent $400 for Phyto shampoo products...
so going to try them 1st before going for Rene etc
Rene's FORTICEA is gonna dry up your hair. I would reccommend Follizin over Rene. Yes the small bottle is the serum. They have more products just that it's not listed in the website. I am using the conditioner (called The Moisturizer) since it's the only alternative to Nioxin which can touch the scalp. And Nioxin is pretty much useless. Follizin also has ampules, infra-red machine and stuff that can't be search on the web. Check with the distro for the retail shops. There's a shop in clementi Ave 2 that carries almost the full range and has some promo. Follizin | Glamour Salon System

Thanks man! SO i guess Follizin is much better than Rene right? I will try out the Follizin then!
Because Rene got no conditioner so they recc alt use of FORTICEA and TONUCIA. You can use Rene with follizin conditioner and see the result. If not suitable then change the shampoo to follizin. I find Kerastase shampoo works well with follizin conditioner but eventually it's the ampules that you put everyday that is important. The serum at night contributes the other 50%
So morning wash is a fast one just to clean the hair (no warm water) apply ampoules. Blow dry ( no high heat). Night fast wash to get rid dirt rinse followed by a longer wash with massage. Remember no warm/hot water for the rinse as it will aid the production of oil. Blow dry as well and follow by serum ( no need whole head just the important points). A wet head to bed is a recipe to hair loss. Blow dry is troublesome but essential.
Let me know if it helps.
Cool! Thanks for the detailed writeup! I guess I will try the Rene's shampoo with Follizin first. What is this ampoules that you are refering to? My idea was just wash, condition, and serum every week.
