It's never bad to be more helpful in this aspect, and not many people will know if the online pharmacy is legit or if it's even possible to ship into Singapore without being confiscated by Customs.

Can consider the Hair Restoration Program by Radium Medical. I tried the program and I am surprised that I saw hair regrowth after about 5 sessions of laser and PDRN treatment.

Topical is good too but you need to apply every day and it may not guarantee hair growth. I tried it myself for a few years. Just prevented hair from dropping.
