Cannot be. I seen so many vip existing customers on IG getting the 50th anniversary models.
Imagine vip don't get. What's the point of being vip.
Lol. Vip spend more than regular new customers and higher chance of them flipping it.

But AP will sell their RO to influencers and celebrities. Look at Ladyironchef and the fat Michelin Chef and they happily get RO and ROC without "punishment". That food blogger can even get the music edition although only a customer recently.

Regular folks aint stand a chance man

A 6119 purchase alone can’t qualify for an allocation of Aquanaut. You need 1 Calatrava + 1 Twenty Four or 2 Calatravas. For a straight purchase to get Aquanaut, min need a Complication (5212 is excluded). A 6119 purchase can get an allocation of the 5212 Weekly Calendar which is already an application model itself

Only the AP less popular models to new customers?
Selective models which are definitely not the RO, I have 2 friends, one got the code while the other got the ROO..both new customers..

Yep, I got a friend who went to MBS outlet. He got the ROO Diver from them as the very first AP he bought. Then he kept close contact with the SA and 1 1/2 years later of waiting, he was allocated the RO. He wanted to intro me to his SA, but for me, I have my resources completely full on Rolex and PP, no more budget for a 3rd brand

Can understand as AP prices seem steep..For a Diver or basic code is already in the region of $40+k
In the past, ROO was cheaper outside but now maybe make more sense to buy rolex or PP..

Ya. Ap retail price has gone full retard.
Some ROO are cheaper in the Grey. Even for newer models.
End of the day. If you only want 1 AP. Make more sense to buy Grey
Unless you have the means to play the boutique game. Sibei chor. And you cannot flip. Very easy kena ban cause new owner sure want to register. Then you're fked

up till around April 2021, ROO is still up on the display for sale at MBS and back then, it is still not wanted much.
has to take a 10k loss if one has bought the ROO at retail last year.
at that retail price of ROO, I prefer rolex.
my office is at mbfc so will go over to mbs often.

now none is for sale.
sometimes if you're lucky, they offer ROO first, then Diver, then RO

Yep, I guess my friend took a 10k loss but got a RO allocation in return. Seems like AP not that popular after all. Only RO sells a lot above retail but most of the other models sell below retail.

Those were the days where AP Havana was sitting in the display glass for the longest time but one thing remained the same..the SAs atas attitudes

My friend bought not just one ROO diver but two! After he got the RO, SA ask if he wants ROO diver blue dial (first diver he got was the black dial) and he took it.
