To me, a lot of things can get fake, but not watches. Easy spoil, no water resistance, end up no value.

More importantly, it's the experience of walking into an AD and rewarding yourself, and knowing you did good to afford a luxury statement that holds value. Whenever you look at the watch, it reminds you of your hard work and success.

Fake watches can't do that for you. Also why I see so long also don't wanna get from grey market and pay premium. It's like you wanna get the watch for the sake of getting it. Pointless IMO.

The problem is this rolex brand people successfuly able to make 100% copy already.

Now everyone can have the same access to the brand as yourself

May i know is anyone having these issue with their watch? It happened to my no date sub.

1. When the watch stopped working, it takes around 20-30 winds for it to start moving.

2. When adjusting the time counter clockwise, the second hand will moved counter clockwise for a little bit, then when you release the crown, it moved clockwise for a little bit.

Wanna suan me just say lah.

I counted. He wound the watch 38 times before the seconds started moving.

I dunno what Rolex watch you own if that’s normal working condition to you.

Short answer: bring your watch to repair.

38 full winds before the second hand starts moving is not normal.

The backwards minute hands happens on my Explorer II, but not on my Daytona.

I ignored it. Doesn’t bother me. Keeps great time til now and I never serviced it once since I bought it in 2012.

But if I need to wind 38 times to get the watch moving, I’d definitely bring it back.
