of course RRP. professional model lei... even now their DJ hard to get discount now. near impossible.

Chiu is referring to the legendary buaysaikrytonia. His knowledge is superb hence I am very curious to see his collection.

tis ish different...his ish a 16610...Tok about those much higher valued one of coz peepur will grab if ish 50% value just to flip it...if his 16610 also more than 50% discount most will juz buy it and use teh spare cash to change or polish teh bezel and bracelet...wear awhile sell and sell also earn $$....wun think of keeping wat in original condition...

knn 16610 duno buy second hand or wat from where then wan to retain simi “vintage” value...unless ish passed down or wat for family or wat then ok rah...knn buy sum second hand sub from second hand dealers who duno how many hands teh sub has passed riaos then if wan to wear long term go change new bezel polish it or wat and it carries your history from then on

mainstream models like 5 digit sub can never reach the hype of the 4 digit sub during our lifetime. our Grand grand children may have already sold it down the line during their ownership. (Look at the datejust market for example)

maybe the steel Daytona still got a better chance. 16520 or 116520 but still a long long way to go.

there are plentiful of subs and modern Daytonas compared to teh real vintage models rah last time...duno why those speculators all now only wan to hype by “retaining” original condition nonsense...back then and now teh quantity of watches produced ish different...in 30 years time take out simi “original condition” or fully stickered 116500 or BLRO there will be hundreds if notch thousands of others wif teh same “NOS” kept in brand new condition hoping to flip also then. Dunch say Daytona now already teh hulk how many peepur kept fully stickered ones in their safe already all hoping to flip someday notch wear it...

16610 wan to retain simi vintage value when teh watch has been probably passed through so many hands...50% price sell to me of cos I take also gong simi jiaowei...take riao juz go sell to kum gong collector at 60% who wants “original” condition wif teh intention of most likely flipping it too tats why so many dealers will tend to lightly polish and clean up abit such models in hopes to sell higher...chiu think they realli care original unpolished state simi ** and wan to wear it for lifetime ? chiu wanna wear it, plz do chiurself a favour and let RSC clean it up and start wearing it to begin your history wif teh watch. wanna retain 16610 value in original condition in hope to flip ? there are juz too many out there ! Dunch waste chiur time and juz wear chiur watch. Unless it’s being passed down to you from teh first owner or wat then there’s a reason to maintain its original appearance condition without wanting to polish etc

Yes, they are applying with MTI to do delivery but they are unable to step into my house for resizing. just drop off and go.

Yup.... worst value to retain or pass down is actually the two tone rolex sports watches.... you see the resale market for 16613, 16713 or 16623. Pricing barely move anymore.

I can't say much for the full gold sports watches, as I no experience.

not really la. whoever that is telling you this is just to give you an excuse to stop selling you professional watches. i got 4 professional models in a span of 6 months from an AD last year. never was i once being asked to buy a DJ or DD before being offered a sports. i would say, really depend on your SE.

i was never once being asked for my namecard before. probably i got profile with them already.

anyway no right no wrong. your SE could be right or my SE could just be taking a shortcut.
