Two weekends back at MBS boutique when I enquired about the Pro and Ranger, the SA told me that high demand, ask me to put in waitlist and asked if considering other models 🤔

Suddenly alot of the tudor watches on my whatever list have stock and show me all of them on the spot.

Popular Tudor sports models these days are mainly reserve for:
1)Existing Tudor customers of AD who have already bought a number of pieces of Tudor in the past
2)Existing customers of AD who have bought Rolex or other brands

1)Is more critical. Just to illustrate, I have purchases with AD for Rolex and other brands. I got one friend who has long list of purchasing history of Tudor. During launch of the Tudor BB 925 Silver last year, both my friend and I expressed interest to the same SA. The SA says can help us both but my friend will get the watch faster than me. Which was true, my friend got it two months after expressing interest and I got it with a 5 months wait. That was the one and only Tudor I got till today.

Its a known fact tudor sports watches wont get you up the list for rolex lar.

But I would say Tudor does make good sports watches. Personal opinion here. The BB58 is a great watch. Their chrono are desirable. Though prob I say their pepsi is a mixed bag. If its lighter than a sea dweller, the pepsi will easily be one of their best. The BB Pro is nice too, in fact on looks alone, this is better looking than the explorer 2. But heck its once again a bit too thick. The ranger let down is its printed indices, if its applied, wah, this ranger will be a explorer killer. Once again, somehow tudor seems to "purposely" make it imperfect. Lol.

Tudor let down on another area of the 2 tone. Somehow being a capped gold and matt gold makes the 2 tone lose some vibe. This is something Tudor needs to improve on.

This pelagos 39mm looks damn nice on screen so far. Its got that SD43 vibe in a good way. Though I would give it a miss, simply becoz I got my SD43 leow. Otherwise I tink last nite I would have gotten my AD to put me on that list. Lol.
Correct. Purchases of Tudor Sports models isn’t taken into consideration in the bundle or profile building for Rolex.

checking with all the shifu here … how is the availability of rolex explorer 124270 and is one expected to do bundling?

understand that this is “less popular” model than other sports models, so hopeful that to is possible to just wait it out …

for info, i’m new to this with BB58 Blue purchased from WoS, so not sure if it helps if i go to THG.

Bundle still required for Explorer 124270 although requirements of the bundle should be lower than the likes of Sub Date and Sub ND. Tudor sports model doesn’t help when it comes to bundle for Rolex sports models.

No AD can offer any sports model as the first purchase even for the less popular sports models if you do not have prior purchasing history with them. That is unfortunately the situation. If you have already made some purchases along the way, it is probably not a must to bundle if you ask for less popular sport models like Explorer 1, SD TT, Sub TT.

Cos most people buy so that can get rolex ?

sell away tudor ?
Depends which Tudor model. The classic range, yes, most bought to get Rolex and then sell it away. If Tudor sports models, some are getting increasingly difficult to get at AD too and so more also turning to grey market to purchase

Really? I am also looking for 124270. Have a prior purchase with emperor watch for a datejust back in 2020. And i am in their “list” for the explorer since the 39mm version is still around.

how do u actually ask for bundle deal? Just go in and ask upfront in any ad?
