Yes. These watches arrives in boutique once a year at the most and they will release it to regulars only. If it is the Cookie Monster, might be possible to get it without any purchase history.

Better not to give monetary rewards to the business, it can get tricky. Give CNY goodies like Abalone, Bah Kwa and etc is ok
