This one ah? You know why the pic so blur? Cos 18k gold is sibei shiny. This is what other people around you will see every day.and this is only twin tone..if you wore a full gold one, everybody would go blind when walking together with you under the midday sun when going for lunch

It's tough to spot those "in demand" models around in ADs... so far only managed to see an Air King, a Datejust 41 steel in blue and an OP39 in white around in Singapore over the past week.

You got heart pain when got dings and scratch? Most ppl unless status wise is tok kong think use it as an occasion watch for select wearing.Gold as a daily beater why not if you can afford it![]()

But if you wear a steel or half gold sports Rolex with long sleeves or suit, the style and etiquette people will laugh at you, say you mountain turtle
They say you should only wear a leather strapped watch with formal wear, and it has to be in full precious metal.
Maybe Singapore dress code is not so strict, but then again it hints at our uncouth peasant heritage and the lack of dressing etiquette in front of the AMDKs.

Dont blame others for your own ignorance. Everyone is entitled to wear any watch with long sleeves or suit. Caucasians do that too, just check out the Baselworld picts all over the internet.
I am ignorant? But the internet begs to differ.
Don't get mad.
