So TP-Link basically cannot be bothered to update for Starhub?Starhub has confirmed that such firmware updates are not under Starhub, it is TP-LINK.

The latest firmware for EB810v is 0.14.0.3.0.0 v608b.0 Build 240709 Rel.56868n, which means that it's been more than a year since they released this firmware. Anyway to complain to Starhub so that they don't abandon this model? We are "paying" for this router with our monthly subscription during the 2yrs contract!
May be all the users should email to IMDA to complain. So TP-Link basically cannot be bothered to update for Starhub?
Same, have dropped email to IMDA and Starhub.I just called their support and asked them to write my feedback to request them to update the firmware or else I will inform the government agency.
It's very poorly communicated, but it looks like Starhub provide limited warranty for operational support (i.e. is it powering on, is wifi broadcasting etc) and then TP-Link will provide software security support until 31st Jan 2028 - so FW will be coming from TP-Link (which is what we've seen in the past - there's no requirement for management or direct FW pushing from Starhub, the device can just query TP-Link for updates and install if available). So who is the party responsible to provide the FW updates?
Starhub or TP-link?

Any changes since the posting above? No WireGuard VPN server/client support for this router model?1) Indeed EB810v does not seem to have VPN Client support. Same for HB710.

I wrote to IMDA & Starhub, since I have clarified with TP-Link that if it's through ISP, then the ISP is responsible for the firmware upgrades which they managed.yall write to who to complain ah ? can share the link or email ?
What TP-Link said? They said will update the firmware but never update.I wrote to IMDA & Starhub, since I have clarified with TP-Link that if it's through ISP, then the ISP is responsible for the firmware upgrades which they managed.
TP-Link got back suprisingly fast within the same day of my query and clarifying the above.
Now Starhub says it's managed by TP-Link instead when i called in. GGWhat TP-Link said? They said will update the firmware but never update.

Really need follow up with IMDA again.
Do share what's the update/status from your side too.I just email to TP-Link to request for firmware update. I also email to Starhub.
No news so far. Can some more people email IMDA?Do share what's the update/status from your side too.
Need to push them to work on this, cannot be so long no updates one.
Ironically, Starhub says will have technician down to take a look.No news so far. Can some more people email IMDA?
Starhub is wayanging?Ironically, Starhub says will have technician down to take a look.
Will assess first before escalating to IMDA if necessary if both parties - SH & TP-Link is shirking responsibility.
