TPG Mobile cannot get Signal from some place Like underground MRT STN where Wireless@sg is available.
Hope TPG Mobile SIM will be added to Wireless@sgx profile.

Can, I use it when I do spring clean and switch off the fibre bb. it is quite fast, so no need mifi, just an old 4g phone.

I'd tried it on an ipad but personal "hotspot" and 'set up personal hotspot" is greyed off for me. This is after setting hotspot APN to 'TPG'. username and password blank

Just sign up this morning , the sim card collection point is only available at Orchard Shaw Centre ? For the past collections , there were more collection points , but this round only Shaw Centre.

The coverage is very bad. Once go underground no network until you "reboot" the sim card again.

Am using TP-Link M7310 which supports 4G/LTE. I have tried both 2.4 and 5ghz no difference. I did the test with the mobile router just next to the ipad4 so it wouldn't have any impact.



Oh that probably explains what I had experienced. Cos when I use Speedtest to test on ipad, shows fast speed but when using the apps to download drama super slow and I could not figure out why. Since they are probably doing this traffic shaping/throttle thing... then I suppose even using a 4G usb dongle plugged into a router would be affected. Heng never buy the dongle, was thinking whether to get it so can broadcast through proper home router.

But if I hotspot from iphone instead of from MiFi, speed wise seems ok though.
