Somebody report him for POFMA. Fake news since no proof.

Clearly you are not even reaching your 1 year free trail period. Will upload the sms and email message soon. Friend around getting TPG card at first launch also receive the same.
You should be the one in POFMA list!

You are expecting to get free forever? Look at the contract you sign and agreed when accepting the sim card?

My TPG expired yesterday. Today still able to surf and pcw. Will end of the month I receive a shocking bill?

Some say they are suppose to send a new contact for you to pick a package to sign up. But till today never get one!

Guess for my case, has to wait till 12FEB to see if still can be used or not.

They can't just billed.
Obviously need to inform user to change package from trial to paid

Well, when you register with them, credit card information is input to the system right? I feel very risky with company that's is managed this way.

My line was supposed to have expired yesterday but last month I did write in to check with them. Extended till further notice. Any notice will be sent at least 2 months before expiry.

Lastest: extended to further notice.

You will be informed 2 months before charging.

This also show how bad TPG been managing these subscriber!
First they send SMS and email inform about date of subscription expired date. Then no more news after that. Now, only if you asked. You get more info.

Can you still trust this company?

When you sign up with TPG their contract informed you to look at their website for further updates. Did you even read their website or Facebook?

That's only you write in to ask as in the post.
This also show how bad TPG been managing these subscriber!
First they send SMS and email inform about date of subscription expired date. Then no more news after that. Now, only if you asked. You get more info.

Can you still trust this company?

Email was send in November 19.
It stated that they will update on their site for more information. Email will be send 2 months before they start charging. No email? Good for us. Free!

How your VOLTE ? Does it work or patchy. Mine's not working.

Very much depends on phone model. You may end up using TPG 4G voice application for voice call. But the program can stop working anytime. So never use TPG as primary like as other comments.

By the way I received email of 1 month free extension too. It say they will contact me again when is about to end, but never. No additional SMS or email. But lines continue to work even it has already expired! This company is really poorly managed.

My guess is that they're busy trying to stabilize their network and doing more testings.

They've already said users will hear from them 2 months before they start charging, and that they won't do it unless users agree to continue.

Either give them more time or shelf your SIM card/s. Choice is pretty much in our own hands. :)
