Hi guys, after collecting my SIM, I’m able to use it in my iPad 6th Gen for a week plus but out of a sudden, it’s not working today.. tried filling in TPG in the APN Settings as well as resetting my network. But don’t seems to work, anyone able to render some help? Thanks!

VOLTE setup may be more problematic.
But Data plan setup is rather straight forward as long it is a 4G equipment.
Perhaps you can ask TPG support ?

I think TPG restricts the use for direct phone usage only. Since last month can't use as hotspot and can't use from laptop anymore.

Yes. I remember last time when phone tethering starting to become popular long time ago, US carriers required user to request to enable it.

just tried and it's working fine using mobile hotspot from my other phone.

My bad. Just saw the paper that they give together with sim card wrote currently no coverage in tunnels

Got only 1 sim card on the phone? TPG is pure 4G. U got received the TPG data SMS ?

It is explicitly stated in their website, all tunnel will have no signal.

For indoor, I also discover that signal is not stable, it can disconnect every moment. They are providing free for your feedback on their deployment.
