NEL there's some stations that have full service in tunnel on TPG. I rmb I took train from Kovan to Serangoon and I had full LTE signal for almost the whole trip (1 station only I know) until right before Serangoon. In between that and Little India there's no (proper) service.

But there's a chance coverage has expanded. I took the train about 2-3 weeks ago.

Just tested Dhoby to S'goon 30th May. Coverage extended to Potong Pasir.

Yesterday evening I was at the basement level of Eastpoint Mall (Simei) ... Pleasantly surprised that there's coverage there ...

I'm using Mate 20 Pro and on TPG. No issue at all if you are not deep underground.

Where can I check their coverage? I haven’t plug in the SIM card for half a year and I continued with the $10 plan. It says no signal for me. Any idea why?

Did you read the T&C? If you never use the line for >2 months, they have the rights to cut service off your line.

But that said, there’s a chance you are in a no service area or your device is not LTE B8/40 compatible device?

u submitted the request to renew from the trial plan to the new $10 50GB plan before 30 May previously?

how did you find out that it is renewed?

I went to TPG account and renew from there on last day of trial 30 May. :o Then I waited till I received email from them this morning 5am. :o Then I log into the TPG account and it has updated to the 50GB plan. :o
