I see they seemed to be pretty adamant about selling their CPU+MB at least with their listed price (which is already much lower than listed CPU and motherboard price)...

Perhaps it differs for item to item? Mine was a high end mobo maximus vi formula so more margin to work with? But actually im quite a regular customer with them also...

If you noticed that when you buy things from TradePac their official receipt is another company name.

they park their sales into other subsidiaries to reduce tax

pctheme has crappy price after bargaining. this shop i found sold $20 below tp price for my 49X mobo which PCT selling 53X

You are wrong. PCT is selling at rrp. TP can sell much lower coz dey siam tax... Dun accuse the wrong shop..
