tradepac bad after sales svc

bad after sales service at tradepac, wanted to charge $25 to take a look at my rig, after numerous probing, the boss just say hes going check for us which he didnt. Asked another guy in their shop, and he finally say they dont cover warranty products here, need send back to svc centre.

I went to the respective svc centre and they told me shld get back to tradepac.
zzzz, waste of time, just suggest people who are new really should go somewhere else

the ah neh never give him default heatsink... then the drivers disc for the mobo and gfx card also never give.. the gfx box + psu box never return my friend..

last time i buy from pc theme all do swee swee all return to me.. the screws etc all never miss 1 thing return me.. cable management also do nice nice.
